杨柳先生是一名奇特的画师，他专门给死人画画。只要通过他画出来的画，就可以知道死者生前所有的事情。但是知道死者生前所有事的人，如果心生贪念，必遭报应。因为他拥有了这种常人没有的神力，因此所有人都称他为通灵画师。
“铃~铃~铃”放在桌子上的电话正在响，杨柳先生拿起电话，慢慢的说：“你好，我是画师杨柳，请问你是哪位？”

可能是好奇心在作怪吧，杨柳先生答应了宋德，他开着自己的小车去宋德的工作室。一路上，杨柳先生的心里都是忐忑不安，但脑袋就兴奋不已。因为帮古尸作画还是第一次，觉得是一件很奇妙的事情，他也想知道这具尸体经历了怎样的事情而导致它的死亡。但是杨柳先生心里也是很清楚的，画古尸经历的画像不是一件简单的事情，要是把天机泄漏出去，想必会带来灾祸。一盏茶的时间，杨柳先生已经快到宋德的工作室了，他远远的看到宋德已经站在门外迎接自己。杨柳先生从后座把画画的工具拿好就下车，不快不慢的走向门外的宋德。
“你好，先生，我就是宋德，请你跟我到楼上去吧。”宋德露出微微的笑容，边说着边帮杨柳先生拿工具，恭敬的做出一个请的手势，杨柳先生随着宋德上了楼。
楼上中间摆着一具尸体。杨柳先生缓慢的走到尸体旁边，看到尸体之后并发出惊叹的声音，因为在他眼前的那具古尸一点都没有腐烂，虽然已经死了千百年了，可就像活人刚刚睡着似的，光滑的皮肤，用手指按一下，还有弹力，娇艳如花的面容，加上一身红衣罗纱服，体态犹如天仙一样，要说是个死人，那还不如说是位绝色美人在睡觉。
杨柳先生转个身子说：“开棺到现在已经多长时间了，你又是怎样得到的。”
宋德回答道：“已经有十多天了，实不相瞒，其实我是做古物买卖的，这具古尸也是从一位朋友手上买回来的，我看这古尸就是个好货，开棺那么长时间一点氧化的现象都没有，想必还有更好的发现在那里，我不是想占有这具古尸，只是想看看它还有什么更好的宝贝而已，尸体我会交给国家的，请先生不必担心太多。”
“哦~我知道了，今晚我就一人留在这里作画，你们都不许打搅我”杨柳先生说完示意宋德等人离开，独自留在工作室。
第二天早上，宋德早早就来到了工作室，来到楼上看到杨柳先生拿着一叠的图纸，好像就在等他似的。宋德满面笑意的拿过图纸，迫不及待的一张张的看。还不到半个小时就看完了，宋德露出诡异的笑容说：“先生，这次真是太感谢你的帮忙了。”说完便走到古尸旁暗暗的笑着，杨柳先生没多说什么，只对宋德说了一句话“心生贪念，必遭报应。”转身就带着他疲惫的身躯走了。
隔天，工作室有人打电话给杨柳先生，说宋德死了。杨柳先生听完之后立刻赶到工作室，来到楼上宋德暴毙而死，死态十分恐怖和惨烈。而在他身边的古尸已经不是绝色美人了，如同干柴似的躺在那里。杨柳先生没有多大的反应，好像早就预料到会发生这种事情，大家都惊恐万分，只有杨柳先生走到宋德的尸体边慢慢蹲下来，打开他牢牢握紧的拳头，把拳头中的一颗灰白色的珠子拿起来看了看，然后放在古尸嘴里，嘴里喃喃的念着：“心生贪念，必遭报应。”
据说这是一颗定魂珠，可以防止死者灵魂散尽，保存尸身，起到防腐功效。但珠子一旦离开尸体，尸身马上风化变干。所以古尸死了千百年不腐烂，犹如活人靠的就是这颗定魂珠。宋德知道尸体里有这样好宝物，起了贪心想占据定魂珠，结果得到亡灵报复，就死于非命了。
