这事发生在2004年快到夏天的时候。我老婆那时候在办幼儿园，是私立幼儿园的园长。学校坐落在郊区，有100多个学生，4位老师。房子是租赁别人的，一个大院子有7个大间房屋，院子中间除了滑滑梯什么的，都是空地了。
因为比较空荡，总是平地起风，把大铁门吹的砰砰响。有时候房屋门在大白天就自己关闭，然后发出“咚”的一声！所以聘请的那几个教师都不敢在园里住，说害怕，情愿在附近租房住。
没人看幼儿园，所以有几个月隔三岔五的就有梁上君子来拜访，很是伤脑筋。他们除了吃光给小朋友发的点心之外，还顺手带走可以拿动的小物品，最后连手风琴也被抱走了。

快1点的时候有人敲门，原来是老婆的一个朋友和她老公。他们路过这，顺便来看看。于是几个人就开始李长赵短的胡扯。那位朋友的老公因为和我们不熟，觉的话不投机，就一个人去其他教室转转，看看墙壁上的图画。我们四个人也没在意，只顾叙旧……
大约过了十分钟他转悠着回到中间的教室，对我们说：“你们在这里聊天，东边教室里的老师怎么自己在那。”
老婆说：“不可能呀，那三个教师回家了，剩下的人都在这啊。”
“不是吧，我刚才明明看见一个穿红衣服长头发的在东边教室里啊。”
于是我们一起走到东边的教室，可是里面空荡荡的哪有什么人在。而且院子的大门关的好好的，如果有人出去或进来我们不可能不知道。
这位仁兄纳闷了，我们一起走到院子里查看。
四周安静极了，没一点动静。除了我们五个更不可能有别的人在，大铁门从里面插着锁。如果有人出去，门不可能从里面插起来的，铁门是铁皮包着没有空隙。
这位仁兄看了看四周，又问了个让我们诧异的问题。：“这些门上怎么都写着：当心有鬼啊？太吓人了吧！”
我愕然“是当心有电啊，我们这，前些天闹小偷，我自己写的啊。”
他走到门旁边看了看，然后脸色苍白，头也不回的把大铁门打开，走了。他老婆连忙追上去。
我和老婆，还有另一位老师都没搞懂怎么回事呢，他们两个已经走远了。我从远处看看门上的字，大大的‘电’字虽然有点象‘鬼’，但差别也很大啊。现在大中午的，怎么可能看错呢？
第二天我老婆接到她朋友的电话，说她老公病了，正在挂点滴。还说他确实看到红衣长发的女人，而且他走近门旁边，的确看清楚是“当心有鬼”所以才转身跑掉。昨天一整夜说胡话，只要睡着就会看见红衣女站在他旁边。今天一直发烧，已经挂了3瓶点滴！
