余墨喜欢养花，最喜欢养的还是牡丹。他平时没事儿就在家里阳台上摆弄他的花，这里面最令他得意的是一盆青龙卧墨池，长势极好，黑中透红的花朵，正中的花朵青绿色，宛如一条青龙盘卧墨池之中，青龙卧墨池的名字便由此而来。它是余墨的心头宝，便是妻子徐卉因为碰不得。
余墨和徐卉是高中同学，两人是初恋，大学毕业后便结了婚，至今已有两个年头。夫妻两人都觉得还年轻，所以也没有急着要孩子，毕竟以后时间还长，他们想先过几年甜蜜的二人世界。可好景不长，余墨突然被诊断出来胃癌晚期，没撑几个月便离开了人世，剩徐卉一个人对着空荡荡的屋子，想起他们以前的时光，总忍不住难过。
